I'm Dylan. I've spent my whole life in martial arts, starting in Kenpo as a kid and moving through boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing before landing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where I train today at 10th Planet Las Vegas.

For the past six years I've coached full time as a certified strength coach and MMA conditioning coach. The people I work with tend to share the same problem I had: they work hard, but their training either has no structure or actively works against them. Always sore, stalled progress, nagging joints.

5thDimension Training is the system I built to fix that. Programming, nutrition, recovery, and mindset designed around your life and your goals, delivered through a custom coaching app, and adjusted based on how you're actually recovering. Combat athletes are the specialty, but the system works for anyone serious about training.
